Quals: Geography Theory and Methods

need to come up with three questions on Geography Theory and Methods.


so far i'm thinking generally:


1) what can the concepts of paradigm and fashion offer in trying to locate an anti-disciplinary perspective in geography and what questions might the potential shortcomings of these concepts yield that could guide an alternative perspective on the history of geography? (wrote an essay about this for my GEOG 500 class ... )


2) prolly something about social space, maybe tied to consumption?


3) the political economics of publishing in geography...
